    The Chrome buckle is where its at.

    Picture this, a very you me, seeing a bunch of people on my first trip to NYC ever seeing Chrome Industry bags, its the last 90s, early 2000s, and I decide I will have one of these cool seat belt bags! flash forward to 2026, I needed a new sling for my steamdeck and camera gear for travel and motorcycle riding. I ran across this brand again and got super excited, then majorly bummed when the Kadet had a black buckle... the chrome change over is worth it, its so cool! feels very sturdy, no issues, if you are considering one of these bags, the seatbelt in chrome is so cool to add to the bag.

    Doesn't work on my bag.

    It would have taken just a little bit of effort to put on the description of the product to say that it doesn't work on bags purchased after x year

    The buckle is excellent, it fixes a problem I had with the plastic buckle sliding down the strap when I picked up the bag. It looks stylish too in black chrome - I wanted it to be low key so would have preferred the Matt Black but it was out of stock. Excellent quality, same as the bag. Customer service was THE BEST I’ve ever experienced.
