these are great Henry Rollins pants. the fit on them also sorta reminds me of baseball shorts, which I appreciate. one drawback is they're not super flattering if you've got limbs on the shorter side, or aren't particularly tall. I'm short but not short-limbed so they're only slightly compromising in that respect.

Probably not a question of if, but when, I buy a second pair, although I might be tempted to try the Folsom 2.0 for the sake of variety.

I LOVE THESE SHORTS! I bought them in grey. The following year, I ordered another pair in black. I use them a lot for cycling, especially urban commutes to work. The stretch fabric is great for rides and hikes. I use the zippered rear pocket for my keys - it's a major bonus. These shorts look, feel and perform beyond expectations. They fit well: not too slim, not too baggy. Size 34 is exactly how I expect 34 to fit. I'm happy with the length, though I wouldn't mind them cut an inch shorter. After four years of wear and washing, they have held up and look almost like new with just a bit of pilling.
