Shipping policy

Flat rate shipping with UPS Ground for $9.95 available on all orders. USPS available for orders under one pound for $6.95. Free shipping available on orders $110 and over. Shipping and taxes can be confirmed before checkout.

All orders outside the United States ship using DHL Express.  International shipping prices will depend on the contents of the order. You will have a chance to see shipping, duties and taxes before confirming your order.  We do not provide package support on orders shipped to freight forwarders.

We aim to ship orders by the end of the next business day. During sale periods or over holiday weekends, shipping may take an extra business day.

Address changes must be done prior to the order leaving our warehouse and receiving tracking information. We are unable to change the address once the order has been handed off to the shipper. After that, you'll need to work with the shipper to make any changes.
