What is your return policy?
Within 30 days you can return your purchase from chromeindustries.com in like-new* condition with original packaging.
- Returns not accepted on items marked Final Sale (marked as Final Sale and most times with prices ending in .97).
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser only.
- Chromeindustries.com is unable process returns of items purchased at another online retailer or stores.
* "like-new" condition is unwashed and unworn. We recommend keeping original packaging while you decide about the product.
How do I return a product (USA)?
1. Sign In to your account :
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. Check your email, open the message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
5. In your account order history select the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and process, you will receive your refund.
How do I return a product (International)?
For returns outside the United States, please visit Global-e’s RETURN PORTAL. Within 30 days you can return items in like-new condition with original packaging. "Like-new" condition is unwashed and unworn. Once the warehouse receives your return, it takes up to 12 business days to process your refund. We'll send a confirmation when your return has been completed.
Please note, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in the United States. You can use the Global-e return portal to create a DHL Express return shipping label - the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping method.
Returns are not accepted on items marked Final Sale and will not be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded. Orders, including gifts, can be refunded to the original payment method only.
How do I exchange?
To ensure the most accurate and fastest processing of your return and replacement order, we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, you can simply return and re-order in two separate transactions.

What is my refund status?

2. Once your return has been approved, received, and processed at our warehouse you will receive your refund. Please allow 10 to 12 days for your return to be processed. You will receive notifification via email that your refund has been processed.
Should your refund not be processed within 14 business days, please contact us using firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
