We ship orders by the end of the next business day. During sale periods or over holiday weekends, shipping may take an extra business day.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our California warehouse.
In the United States we ship using UPS Ground. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We are unable to offer expedited shipping - UPS will not guarantee delivery dates.
Internationally we ship using DHL Express. [TBD process for selecting shipping country]. Customers are responsible for duties/taxes.
We decline orders to freight forwarders.
How long does shipping take in the USA?
Online orders are shipped from our California warehouse via UPS every
business day (Monday – Friday). Delivery dates are based on the
delivery service you selected.
Placed orders, including express shipping, will be processed and
shipped within 3 business days. Please note, domestic express shipping
is currently unavailable.
Orders are shipped via UPS in most cases, but in some cases via the US Postal Service.

Do you ship outside the USA?

International shipping prices will depend on the contents of the order. You will have a chance to see shipping, duties and taxes before confirming your order.
We do not ship to freight forwarders.
How much will shipping cost to my address (USA)?
Depending on the service level you choose, Chrome uses fixed
shipping rates. See below for US shipping options (please note,
expedited service is unavailable - UPS cannot guarantee delivery dates):
UPS Ground : OVER $100 - FREE
UPS Ground : $36 TO $100 - $9.95
UPS Ground : UP TO $36 - $6.50
How do I change my shipping address?
Orders are shipped as fast as possible - usually within a business day from the order confirmation.
Address changes must be done prior to the order leaving our warehouse and receiving tracking information. We are unable to change the address once the order has been handed off to the shipper. After that, you'll need to work with the shipper to make any changes.
