It's a lovely bag - high quality materials and good design overall. The laptop sleeve is well padded. I like the front pockets.

For me it loses a star for the main buckle being too hard to open, and I think this bag would benefit from a velcro strap to close the main compartment down.

I bought this as a replacement for an older Chrome bag that essentially was no longer reparable. this thing feels like I went from driving a 1980's Subaru to a late model lux-class SUV. So much intentionality in how it was designed with the right pockets in the right places. I really dig the reverse of the pens/accessory pockets into the inside of the bag. Was getting tired of all that stuff falling out of my old one. As far as I can tell this thing is a deep well I have yet to max out.

This was a new replacement for my beloved Chrome Delta backpack - I really like the classic backpack design. I am very happy with this pack, will use it primarily for travel. My only gripe: main clasp/buckle is bit prickly - needs to be less rigid, and more springy, predictable - hoping it will get better/soften with continued use. As with my many Chrome items, this one is a keeper!

Coming from a beat up Jansport, this bag is a treat.! I’m 5’0, and I could never find a bag that fits my torso until now. Organization is perfect for me too, though I will note that the bottle pockets and front/outer zip pocket are smaller than I expected. I tried to fit a 32oz Yeti into the bottle pockets with no success. Also if you have a 16in MacBook Pro, it’s a bit of a hassle to get your laptop out of the side zip. It’s much easier to go through the top. But, overall, this bag is super comfy, very adjustable, and looks great too!
