With its generous width and low height, the Organizer is intended for messenger bags but, flipped on its side, it can be ideal for backpacks with side access front panel/laptop compartments. By supplying the org often desired for EDC it also extends the functionality of smaller minimalist travel/day packs.
I stow the Organizer in a couple of my packs' large, simple, side zippered front panel compartments which transform them into comparmentalized convenience pockets. There's no need to dive into a pack's main compartment for quick grab items and, by swinging the bag forward over one shoulder, to completely remove the pack as well.
So the Organizer imparts standard EDC amenities and org and modularity: take the Organizer along when you need it; leave it at home when you don't; or transplant it into different packs.
You can expect Chrome's usual bullet proof construction with the Organizer: 1050D Nylon with a YKK #8 zipper.
