These look great and have a slip-resistant sole. Can't wait to try them out on winter sidewalks and summer-time bike rides. Only real critique: As someone who's been wearing soccer shoes for the past 8 yrs (bartender who needs to be fast on my feet), I wish they were a bit more slim-line with a higher arch.

    Storm 415 Traction Boot

Received these boots a few days ago. Still very stiff after a couple extended-period wears but they’re starting to become more comfortable. I biked about 10 combined miles in them and also wore them at work (about 8 hours of standing/ walking) today. My feet were in agony once I got home, but I’m hoping the leather will form more comfortably around my feet after repeated wear.

Very attractive look, and fairly decent ankle- flexiblilty (hoping that improves over time too!). Runs a little larger in size (I wear a women’s 9 normally and ordered a half size smaller). Lots of toe room and great amount of tread - perfect for biking. Kept my feet warm in 40 degree weather just with thick cotton socks. All in all, I hope these boots become less rigid over time!

    Bicycle winter boots

With my normal conservative nature, I used these for a 72 mile ride through the hills on a windy cold day. They were comfy, warm and made good contact with the pedal. They are going to be the boots for this winter. I have miles to go before spring

    faded too fast.

I like the wide toe space and i liked the waterproof feature, except that within a year the inner lining wore so much that it's not waterproof anymore. My socks get wet even after walking in wet grass. I kept my shoes in good condition by waxing them regularly to prevent cracks. The shoe looks a little cheap just to wear them when it's not raining. This year i'm trying another brand for the rainy months.
