    They're fine.

    They fit, they look nice. But what I really wanted was another pair of Kursks! Chrome, please bring back Kursk! I've purchased three pairs of those -- the first completely worn out and discarded, the second not in great shape but still holding together, and the third currently being used for cycling. My plan was to use a new pair of Kursks for cycling and let the third pair "retire" to normal sneaker use. But sadly the third pair cannot retire from cycling now, they'll have to work till the end, so I got these Sylvans for use as a normal sneaker (they were on sale). But I was hoping to continue cycling (no pun intended) through Kursks forever. I should have bought several pairs when they were available. :-(

    Fit for a silver fox!

    My colleagues have been telling me that my new Sylvan Sneakers are a perfect fit for my grey hair. I find that they are an ideal fit for my feet. They are super roomy, and that's coming from a wide EE person. Remember to buy 1/2 size up. This is my 2nd pair of Chrome shoes. Yes, I'm a bike rider, but I can still wear these out on the town.
