    Love the new build quality, but miss the zippers

    After a successful warranty claim on my older one, I got the new Citizen messenger bag. The construction and quality of materials are what one would expect from Chrome, Top Notch; thought I do miss the older versions with the zipper and pen pockets. While the newer version has a lovely laptop sleeve, the two smaller magnetic pockets are awkward to throw in my notebooks and pens. Minus my minor preference for zippers and pen pockets, I still give it five stars. It is beyond comfortable to ride around with, plus who doesn't want the conversation icebreaker that is a Chrome product?
