After several months of searching, reading reviews, and watching videos, I had finally landed on the Citizen.

Having seen the demo video and the photos shown on the site proper, for a moment I had considered the bag being too large.

Luckily, I am a large man.

Standing at 6'5 and roughly 245lbs, this bag fits myself and my needs perfectly.

The straps and buckles seem sturdy, the liner and material on the outside have a solid feel, while giving as well.

Having used it for just a few days, I can already tell this has already become a staple for daily use.

I may buy a second for personal use as this was purchased for work use.

I got this bag cause I've gotten several bags that just break whether it's the clasps or fabric or something after a few months of use. I got tired of constantly buying bags to replace them and saw this amongst bag enthusiasts forum as a good bag with a lifetime warranty. So far, this has been an amazing bag. It doesn't have a million pockets like some bags do but it has several large compartments which works well for me as I already have pouches for my smaller items as that just works for my workflow. The material is also thick and durable and I feel confident that it won't break easily and if it does I still have that lifetime warranty to fall back on. The buckle strap is also really cool and I found it a bit of a gimmick for the first few days but it soon turned into my favorite feature as I used it to adjust my bag around, remove it in right spaces.
