I have had a Citizen bag for over 20 years. It not only was used as a bike messenger bag but has traveled the world with me. It was time for a new one. I contacted Chrome about a few issues that I had with a well abused 20 year old bag. They stand behind their guarantee!!! I miss the middle pocket and pen slots but plan on getting the messenger organizer. I love the two new outside pockets, briefcase type handle, and the swappable buckles!! Now onto another 20 years of adventure!!! Thanks Chrome!!!

Everything this bag guarantees is truth. I got the indigo color which is beautifully crafted. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years and this is hands down my favorite visually. This bag has been perfected. I love the insulation it keeps everything to temperature. Whether you’re working as a messenger for court documents, food delivery, travel, this will get the job done. They added Velcro in all the right places so we can legitimately customize it how ya want. Obviously with the chrome industries life time warranty. SUPREME wishes they were on this level.
