Was surprised but the small size of this backpack. I assumed it would be similar to past chrome backpacks I’ve had, but this doesn’t even fit my back nor would it be big enough for my daily needs.

Need to return for refund.

I'm using the bag on my bike to commute to work. It is well made and sturdy. It fits what I need to carry easily. Also great customer service. I had a question and I got an answer back rapidly. Thanks again to the Chrome staff for the fast customer service and a well made bag.

Great bag as usual. I have now 4 Chrome bags and the knife bag from YEARS ago. Everything is still holding strong and now I'm adding another EDC to the collection. Very satisfied customer as usual, keep up the good work. ✌🏻

P.S. I'm 6'4" 325 and the straps fit just fine.

The backpack is 24 L but the straps are very narrow so they pinch under the arm and the chest strap sits way too high if you are a larger person (I am 6ft 200 lbs). It makes for a very uncomfortable fit. The pack is basically just an upright duffle bag with a few pockets that don't work if using it for anything but travel. Just wasn't a good fit for me.
