This is a well-made pack with nice design details. My main issue is that it's very tall and hence not ideally suited to the person for whom I bought it. The top does fold down a couple of inches, so this is not detrimental, but it is a consideration. The side zipper for easier access to the depths of the main compartment is a nice feature. Very sleek look.

Well thought out, I love the inside pockets and laptop side entry and adjustable back straps.

This is my first 24L bag and as others have said, it can be a tad small for a 16" laptop, change of clothes, lunch, few smallish accessories.

My main complaint however is if you're using this for cycling be aware that on warm days you'll end up sweating thru the back into the laptop compartment, enough to where your laptop will get a little wet :( I've attached a photo for what this can look like after an 80min commute home on 70deg weather.

I'm past the "new and unused" so this will probably be relegated to travel or eBay

Was surprised but the small size of this backpack. I assumed it would be similar to past chrome backpacks I’ve had, but this doesn’t even fit my back nor would it be big enough for my daily needs.

Need to return for refund.
