    Locks on tight

    I'd had trouble with the plastic buckle slipping when taking the bag on and off, the metal buckle fixed it and looks amazing. Love the bag, customer service is live humans and incredible.... Very happy.

    Quality is gone

    This feels thin and cheap, nothing like the previous buckles. Also, it did not fit the strap of the bag I bought to use it with, despite being recommended. AVOID!!!
