Step on a piece of paper with your heel slightly touching the wall. Make a mark at your longest toe & measure from heel to toe for both feet. Compare the heel to toe measurements to the footwear size guide for the best fit.

    Sylvan sneaker

    Similar fit to Kursk Pro 2.0, which was a replacement for an earlier version. Shape of shoe fits my foot well. However the Sylvan, like the Kursk 2.0, (and both unlike the earlier Kursk), have slightly higher sides around my ankles, which rub against the bottom of my ankle bones on the inside. My solution for the Kursk 2.0, which I've replicated with the Sylvan, is to cut small notches in the upper section of the fabric and foam, which relieves the pain from wearing and riding in the shoes. See attached photo

    Comfortable

    Cool cool. Feel great.

    Great shoes. They are comfortable walking and feel nice on the bike. Mine are black. Got a random complement in the store today. What more could you ask for? Well, as bicycle shoes, I think that my older Chrome shoes are at least a bit better. But for everyday wear, I prefer these. Recommended.
