Strap feature too bulky & long

The pack is fine until you get to the waist strap which only tightens on one side and the extra strap material just dangles very oddly or you can use the elastic loop to wad the strap excess, but this just leaves you with a strap bunched up the doesn't hold while biking. Usually a strap double backs on itself so it doesn't freely dangle. It doesn't seem well thought out, and that is what I expect from Chrome. It should only be used as a sling if you have a waist of 30" or less, like me. The waistpack will not tighten below 30". It's a $9 return on a $36 dollar bag. I'm going to mod it with my sewing machine and swap a different buckle in, but hope they update this feature or phase it out with enough feedback.

    Square. Like me

I like the rectangle shape, as opposed to slanted sides.

    Strap adjustment fail.

Love the look of this bag and the material /construction is overall good quality. However, the design of the strap is very poor. It refuses to hold position.

I resolved this issue by spending another $10 on a pack of triglides. I was able to add one to the strap after removing the worthless elastic loop.
