    My wife says the strap needs to be thicker and the color isnt the same as advertised. Either than that, she likes the material used, and the size.

    It's OK.

    It's OK. I have a Chrome bag from awhile ago (admittedly, almost 20 years ago) and it is so sturdy and thick. Do not expect the same type of materials for the sling bag. The sling bag is cute, but nothing extraordinary. Tp be fair, I hold Chrome to a higher standard and had high expectations for this bag.
