As pointed out by other reviewers, the strap can only be shortened from one side. I have a 25 in waist and when I tighten strap all the way so that the buckle is touching the bag, its still too big to sit on my waist. The loose end of the strap is sewn onto itself on the other end so that when I tighten it all the way, I get a large awkward loop protruding from my side. Size of the pack is nice but the material is nothing special, and the strap situation makes it impossible for me to use while biking. I got it at the sale price and it's still not worth it.

Good size for basic essentials on short days rides. Quality materials too.

Decent sized, useful compartments, but the biggest annoying thing is it doesn't hug your waist at all if you put it on your waist...so you have to cinch it super tight.

The other annoying aspect is that when you DO cinch it tight, the excess hangs off of your right hip in a loop. There's nowhere to go with it, and it's just not ideal.

Also miss the general sturdiness and solidity that I've grown used to having with Chrome Bags.
