First chrome bag. Bike commuter. Really wanted something big for carrying things on my bike. Groceries. Hardware store. And so on. Really comfortable when riding. Love the cargo net for my helmet. Spent my entire commuting life setting my helmet down and looking for it. The thing is big and thick and heavy. But doesn't feel like it when wearing it. Highly recommend for people trying to do and carry more on their bikes.

Overall, this is an amazing bag. I love how it feels. My only complaint is that the laptop sleeve is not built for anything but a Apple product I have a gaming PC that is a little on a thick side and this backpack is the only one that fits it, but I wish it was a little more stretchy that way it was easier to get in and out, but overall nine out of 10

When it arrived I thought, there is no way this will be comfortable. But 2 weeks later I haven't found a single thing to complain about. Lots of space. It's sturdy and comfortable most of all. Just ordered another bag and some accessories because this one was so good.
