The bag is ok, is pretty much like any other chrome bag, the extra inside bag for the knifes is almost big enough for the 8” knives. Is a little disappointment that the company don’t make the right research for the sizes of the most basic length of a chef knives, is just one more small bag nothing special!

I really wanted to like this bag but over all it's just too small for everyday work. I actually liked the little knife roll but when you put it in the sling there really isn't enough room for an apron, pens, notebooks, water bottle.... Stuff that you need every day. I have the OG chrome knife roll and that's bigger than the cadet. If y'all released a smaller knife roll that fit in my everyday messenger bag I'd buy that in a second.

This was very short to perfect. The materials are pretty spot on. The only downside is that the roll is a little too small for the common 210 gyuto. This is perfect for a santoku or bunka with a saya. I’ve just been able to fit a bunka and a nakiri. There’s still enough space to squeeze in my 210 outside of the roll in the dedicated roll section of the bag. Other than that the bag is quite perfect.

Chrome killed it making the sling with the extra compartment for knife kit. The bag looks really awesome. The knife kit was almost there. It just needed to be a little wider to accommodate knives with guards. The knife kit looks cool when you open it up but to actually put tools in it, it gets small real quick. Yes you can put knives in the main compartment but that kinda defeats the purpose of the knife fit.
