Got me the Citizen 24 to use for work. Probably way more bag than I need but that’s why I got it. This is a replacement for a Timbuk2 bag. Yes is heavier but that’s quality. I even put the Gold Buckle for that Frisco Flavor.

This bag is awesome. Fits absolutely everything I wanted to carry and the strap stays nice and tight despite the weight of the items inside. Other cheaper messengers I’ve used would cause the bag to lower to my knees but this bag stays exactly as high as you want it. My favorite part though is the seatbelt buckle. Very nice feeling to using it to put the bag on and take the bag off so I don’t have to lift that weight above my head.

The bag I bought was lost in transit by UPS, who did not care in the slightest. I tried to open a claim, to which they promptly denied. After emailing chrome, they immediately offered to refund my order, or to send a new bag. I chose to receive a new bag, which came free of charge and with a pack of stickers. It's refreshing to see a company that cares about its customers.

The laptop compartment in this bag is actually smaller than that of the Kadet Max 15L Sling bag, which I was not expecting. I may return this bag as it seems a little less functional than the Kadet. Although it is bigger it does not seem to be bigger in useful ways.
