The cohesive 2.0 38L pack is thoughtfully designed. The pictures on the website do not fully capture the features.

Within the main compartment, there is a large mesh zipper pocket for additional storage.

The water bottle slots are on both sides and easily fit a 40oz bottle.

The secondary compartment has a fairly deep pocket behind the smaller pockets. A 6 inch Kindle slides perfectly into either of the side smaller pockets.

The straps have many attachment points that make them customizable. The pack includes recommended attachment options in the paperwork. The attachment points are also along the sides which would allow for cinching.

The shoulder straps are movable, which allows for narrow or wide shoulders. There are two strips for the straps. They differ by a half strap in thickness to dial in a great fit. The straps are difficult to remove from the strips, but not impossible with some effort.

The shoulder straps are angled and have a chest strap between them. The connector is plastic but works easily. The angled straps don't sit naturally when the chest strap is connected. The chest strap is adjustable up and down along a hidden fabric track.

The pack is structured and stands upright. A large lunch box can slide into the main compartment but may not fit sitting flat, depending on what is in the secondary compartment.
