I was worried it would look too long on me but that was not a problem at all! The length is about the same as a north face backpack. My ONE thing is that it doesn't have many storage pockets, just the main pocket(which has compartments for a computer, tablet, and a mesh sleeve)and the small front and top one. It's not too much of a problem as it holds a lot but def. noteworthy.

The backpack arrived badly crumpled and wrinkled, and it has not bounced back. It almost appears as if it had been exposed to water or the elements. The straps are not comfortable and cut into the underarm area.

Great Small Backpack. Keep in mind it is 20L which is small.

I just got my Highline and I mostly love it. Very stylish, good size for EDC, and it has a pocket for everything. Rides very comfortably on the small of the back. My only complaint is the straps are a little narrow and there's no sternum strap, so they tend to dig into the muscle around my shoulders. Wish it had soft flat straps and a sternum strap like the Hawes. Other than that, great bag!
