    Ideal size for a sling

    I've outgrown my mini kadet and this sling is a great upgrade. I was worried that it would be too big but it is actually the ideal size. Now my mini kadet feels too small.

    Just needs a few tweaks

    This is just slightly off. 1) more pockets/dividers. The back pocket could be divided by a seam or Velcro. Front zip pocket could have an inner pocket. Main compartment- Maybe a drop pocket on the end(s). 2) Velcro or zip at bottom of u-lock passthru could maximize this whole space. This large pocket is already there but can't be used if it's not secured. 3)clips/snaps on the 2 cinch straps under bag for umbrella, bottle, jacket. 4) the shoulder strap could be a bit skinnier. 5) IMHO at the risk of being too big for EDC, it could be a bit taller and slightly deeper..the Max is too big and enters laptop bag territory...maybe split the baby ~9"x16"x4"+ to accommodate a 8.5x12" legal pad. It could taper/streamline a bit on the ends. Call it K Plus.
