I love this new bag. It's got so many techie enhancements since the last time I owned the bag. Here's to another eight years of daily wear.

Weirdly impractical and huge. Other bags with similar litre size had way more functionality. I’d only buy something like this for mass packing, not daily use.

The build is nice and holds lots of things but the magnet clasp on top eta loose when full, and causes the back to open.

If you live outside the US, don’t let them fool you with their life time warranty. A seam at the bottom of my bag opened. They said it can’t be repaired and offered me a gift card with 165 $. Problem: the bags are much more expensive outside the US. 165 $ are ~140 €, but the bag costs 200 € + 25 € shipping. I told them but they didn’t care. Really disappointing experience.
