    Great craft, excellent construction, internal organization needs

    I am had on bags and need them to work in all weather. This one does it all. And I like that I can roll it down to vary the size of it. I also like the external pocket more than I thought I would.

    It would benefit from more internal organization. Maybe Chrome packing cubes?

    Best customer support

    I bought an older version of this backpack in 2020. Traveled all over the world with it and it eventually wore out in a couple areas. I sent some photos to Chrome and they shipped me a brand new bag in just a few days. I love the bag because of how flexible / open it is, how much it can carry, and its quality. It's great as a work bag, equipment / photography bag, commuter bag, travel bag, really anything you need it to do.
