Why make such a good looking bag and put the crappiest straps on it? I was waiting for this thing to fall off my bike and it finally did. Twice. The bottom strap is doing all the work so when it wouldn’t stay closed, the Velcro straps on the top just kept unsticking. Had to bike home with this over my shoulder and when I get home the bottom strap was gone so now I have to figure out a different way to use this bag. Buy from rei so you can return!! That’s probably what I’ll be doing . Bummer.

Poor system of attachment to the bike rack. Thought it had straps to turn it into a backpack when taken off the bike but that is not the case. Design will allow water in unless you are very careful about how you close it.

But the way the suppose to be attach at the bike it’s bad not sure if I will keep it it my need to be return it I will try it’s so difficult to make it work either the straps needs to be longer or a different bracket and also the strap at the bottom it’s so bad it will be much better if it’s a clip that snaps so it’s easier not sure who designed this maybe some one who doesn’t ride a bike it’s all about making easy to mount the bag at the bike …..

Very useful and a perfect addition to my e-bike.
