Pros:

Truly waterproof, nice look, lightweight, good shape, and comfort.

Cons:

The material used is noisy and very stiff, it feels like starched paper that crumples... The corners are fragile, even though they're reinforced. There's no interior lining; if the bag gets a hole, it's ruined. The plastic buckle doesn't seem sturdy. The zippers are very difficult to operate, making this model much less practical than other Kadet Max slings. The space is smaller than other Kadet Max models, and the interior pockets in both compartments are very, very stiff.
