    Love everything but one thing

I wish there was an accessory sold from Chrome for like a small net or something to carry a helmet or something small on the 6 loops on the back of the bag. Other than that I love this bag.

    Incorrect specs on the website

The advertised 15" laptop capacity was a significant factor in my choosing this model. The website says both in the description and in the photos that this pack will accommodate a 15" laptop, whereas the hang-tag on the pack I just received says "padded sleeve for most 14" laptops." The information on the tag is correct, and the website is just plain wrong. My 15" laptop will never ever fit in this sleeve--it's not even close.

Seems like a solid pack, otherwise.

    Missing mug pocket

I really like the design and how light the bag is. But I am really missing a pocket to put my water bottle or coffee mug in. I am commuting by bike and bus and this is essential for me. Really sad, because I otherwise absolutely love this bag.

like a dry bag on your back

I just took this bag on a weeklong hiking trip in the rain as a day pack. It is basically one big compartment with a sleeve area for a laptop or tablet on the side facing your back, so it is very versatile as long as you remember that anything small/dense will end up at the bottom unless you have a plan around that. Not having lots of separate areas does make it really light, and we got compliments on its appearance. On the less good side, blue ink from a baggage label came off on the white, and water and rubbing alcohol aren't cleaning it up... I could try acetone, but I don't want to kill the waterproofing especially in that location. I'd love to have an external water bottle holder, hopefully in an equally clean aesthetic, since the rolltop dry bag closure means you don't open or close this bag as casually as you may be used to. Even a loop or two on the sides would have worked for me there. However, I do want to stress that it 100% kept things dry and I really am happy to add this bag to my future packing options.
