It’s super comfortable, good padded back support and straps. Plus lots of space on the inside and feels super secure hauling stuff and commuting by bike. It’ll become my main travel bag too the roll top is very versatile I’m very impressed about how compact or big this bag can be made. The stash pocket as well is handy. I’ve not had chance to test its performance in wet weather but I have no concerns about it keeping my gear dry, I also think the white will stay very clean I’ve not managed to mark it or anything in the 3 or so weeks it’s been in use!

My only criticism is the reflective attachment loops, they’re not as big as I would’ve expected or offer a range of spacing, it makes it a real pain to get u locks through them (I have one of the cheaper kryptonite kryptolock gold lock which doesnt have super thick shackle only 13mm ). It’s do able but you have to spend some time faffing wiggling and pulling to get the u lock through. Which is annoying when you need to hop off and pop in somewhere quickly…

The advertised 15" laptop capacity was a significant factor in my choosing this model. The website says both in the description and in the photos that this pack will accommodate a 15" laptop, whereas the hang-tag on the pack I just received says "padded sleeve for most 14" laptops." The information on the tag is correct, and the website is just plain wrong. My 15" laptop will never ever fit in this sleeve--it's not even close.

Seems like a solid pack, otherwise.
