I’m not going to name the other bags that I had in my possession to make my decision but as a bag n 1/2 traveler I needed a sling that did it all. Bag prices ranged from $70 to $448 us dollars. The Kadet Max won hands down. Minimal organization, comfortable to wear, reversible shoulder strap, fit my Fuji xt5 2 lenses camera legion go , tech pack, 40000 mah battery backup , mouse, foldable keyboard, Bose head phones, kindle oasis, passport wallet, and Legion 5Pro 16”laptop inside the laptop compartment. Now this is a big deal as Chrome’s website only says 15”. I had zero anticipation any of these bags would carry it. It’s freaking comfortable completely maxed out. Also it compresses when it’s not fully packed. Man I love this bag. When I land dump my main pack off at the lodging I minimize this Kadet max to the agenda and it just works. I got the black xrf made out of sailcloth. Tough is an understatement and waterproof as far as I can tell with limited rain time. Buy this thing if your looking for a sling bag, need to carry a lot of stuff or not, and I would say average size person. It’s big, I’m 6’, athletic build and it fills up my back pretty close to perfect. A smaller frame person would benefit from the standard Kadets sizing I believe.
